Where driving is unavoidable, we have produced an alternative parking guide for visitors to the city. Parking on campus is very limited, so we recommend using public transport and/or walking if possible. Parking is available to those with a relevant parking permit. All three Park and Ride routes, PR1, PR2 and PR3 have connections within walking distance to Exton Park. Arriva 1A and Arriva 1 run frequent services that stop with a short walk to Exton Park. Public Transportīache train station is a 15-minute walk from Exton Park and Chester railway station is a 20-minute walk.

There is a two-tier cycle rack and coin operated lockers in the Grosvenor Bike store (accessible with a University pass) along with a red fix-it station. In addition to the bike store, there are a number of cycle shelters and cycle racks located across the site, these are marked with a yellow circle and the letter C on University maps. The Greenway Gate, accessible between 7am – 9pm with your University pass, is located at the back of the overflow car park and is the nearest point of access to the Millennium Greenway cycle path that connects to routes throughout the city. Exton Park is centrally located in Chester, and accessible via the M53, A483, A41, A56, and public transport from the city centre.īache Hall, the Vicarage, Hollybank and the Law School at Liverpool Road are all a few minutes walk from the main campus entrance on Parkgate Road.
